DDM85 Baseplate drilling pattern

I'm planning on adding a DDM85 Basic to my imaging collection, but cannot now find the base plate drilling pattern to mount it on a pier. I know there used to be such information on this site, but it looks to have disappeared.

 

Does anyone have the PDF file for this they would be willing to share?
