Tarmo
Hi, Can anyone tell me where I can find Autoslew 5248? In Google Drive there is a text saying that: The data can be found on the ASA homepage from now on. Register with ASA: https://www.astrosysteme.com/en-us/member-login-registration/ After registration you must add your product to see downloads, but there is no DDM85 in the list and no downloads. So, I am quite confused, any advice? Best regards, Tarmo
Tarmo
OK, it took ASA little time to register you. Now there is members dowload area available. Regards, Tarmo
oblagoi
Hi, i have the same problem. After registering and asking 2 times for support i cannot download anything from the site, except some unwanted doc files. I need the updated Autoslew that work with DDM85 on W10. The old one that works on W7 throws a Code Page Error. No proper answer from the Support team so far. Edited April 24 by oblagoi
oblagoi
Finnaly, someone answer to the second request and suggested that ASCOM was not installed. Because is the first time I´ve use it, I don´t know how it should look, apparently I´ve installed only an update, not the full package. Weird stuff. Now, it is working. yzhzhang
I also have the same issue finding the location to download drivers/softwares. I already registered/logged in, and I registered product serial number and received an email saying "Your products are updated now. You can find the product downloads in the download area and the status of your product registration in your member area.". Still I don't find anything either in https://www.astrosysteme.com/en-us/member-login-registration/ nor in https://www.astrosysteme.com/en-us/download-center/. Can anyone suggest what to do? Thanks, Yizhou
