Hi there I’m experiencing an issue with Autoslew when attempting manual controls for star alignment. My primary control is via an Xbox game controller, which was recommended to me by a colleague. I’m finding that mount response from Autoslew is so intermittent and poor that it is impossible to control the mount for star alignment. Just wondering if anyone has experienced similar issues and If so is there a remedy, because in its current state the mount is impossible to control for star alignment. I had initially thought that the issue might be PC memory or processor related, but this not the case, as can be seen from the attached computer screen grab. The screen grab is via RDP from my iPad, however the performance is exactly the same when direct from the PC.
Incidentally using the mouse as a controller via the Autoslew buttons is just as poor regardless of the speed setting. Gotos are smooth and utterly silent across the full range of RA and DEC and apart from manual control the mount is operating to its full potential.
