Wiring diagram for the GALV wires on DDM85A Premium

Keeble

Question

There are four wires attached to what I believe is the GALV port which are supposed to be used for powering camera equipment. However, I am unsure of the wiring for these. I am attaching an image of the four wires. I can only get a voltage reading with my multimeter across the red and green (gray?) wire, where I get +12 V. I can't get anything from the other wires. I need to power a camera, filter wheel, and a guide camera, and I don't feel comfortable using one single connection for this. I feel like it would be normal to have two +12 V connections instead of one, so I'm unsure of what's going on here. I'm curious to know if other people have used these wires for their equipment, and what that has looked like.

Hi, the GALV connector is just a passthrough cable, unfortunately with different color codes on both sides. you need a multimeter to find out how the are connected. If you want to bundle two wires, you need to connect i.e. +12V to two input and two output wires.
