You are not alone!
I also use a DDM60 with Autoslew, Sequence, Maxim DL and Starry Nights without problems. I use only DSLRs, but even with a DSLR all works perfect.
Meridian Flip during Sequence Run or parking scope after Sequence Run, no problems.
But my setup is mobile too, no experiences with domes or remote controlling, so I cannot reconstruct the problems from other users.

Here is my attempt on M 51.
Because of very bad conditions I have tried to gather as much data a possible, totally ~22h
It is also my first image with my self modified Canon 500D Mono.
ASA 10" Astrograph, ASA 1.8 Barlow (focal length 1620mm, f6.8)

It seems sequence has not found a suitable focus star in the closer area of your target (depending on the mag-limits in the autofocus settings tab).
In this case try to find a focus star near your target manually and enter the coordinates in your target file.
Otherwise sequence uses the focus star from the target-file for synching at the beginning of a sequence session (if this is turned on in the settings tab).

The distance between original focus and corrector is 56 mm outwards.
The distance between corrector and camera sensor (backfocus) is 72.8 mm.
The attached image shows the Baader MPCC with a DSLR on the left side and the ASA 2" Quattro corrector on the right side

Martin: the conditions during image acquisition were bad. I have measured several subs from different nights in Fitswork. the best FWHM is 4.6 px, the worst 6.8 px

Here's an 2-panel mosaic of NGC 7331 and Stephan's Quintet.
Taken with the 10" Astrograph and the ASA 2" 1.8 Barlow-Corrector (focal length 1620mm, f/6.8)
Each panel 10h exposure time in 15min subs with a Canon 500D
Mount was a DDM60, unguided
Mount controlling and image acquisition automatically with Sequence Beta (works perfectly)

I found this nebula while searching for suitable objects for my setup with the full frame camera. Your image inspired me to try this object.
Yours is a little bit too noisy, I think. 90 min integration time is too few for such a faint nebula.

Number 603 of Lynds' Catalogue of Bright Nebulae is a very faint nebula in Cassiopeia.
There are some nice structures in the nebula and many background galaxies visible.
13 hours exposure time, Canon 6D not modified
ASA 10" Astrograph, Wynne Corrector, DDM60 unguidet

Thank you for your comment.
It's right, the brightness of the object and the fast astrograph makes it easier.
But the really improvement of making narrow band images with a DSLR is the removed bayer-matrix of my 500D.
