  1. Hi I'm using Starry Nights with Autoslew without any problems. Simply choose "Astrooptik Server Telescope" in the Ascom Telescope Chooser, click "Connect" and it works. Have you entered your correct Viewing Location? Time, Date? Thomas

  5. Hello Here is an image of two very faint and rarely imaged nebulas: Canon 500D mod, almost 15h exposure time ASA 10" Astrograph, Wynne-Corrector ASA DDM60 Higher resolution: http://www.distant-lights.at/vdb154-2013_07_09.htm Best Regards Thomas
  6. Thank you, Michael There was something wrong with the color calibration so I pushed the blue channel a little bit, maybe not enough. But I think it's ok, because NGC 6946 is obscured by gas and dust of our Milky Way. Best regards Thomas

  9. Hi I'm doing astrophotography since almost 3 years with a typical beginners equipment: 5" and 10" Newton, EQ6 mount and DSLR. 2 months ago I got a DDM60 and a 10" ASA Newton with a 3" Wynne Corrector. Because of the bad weather I had only a few nights for testing until now. But the new equipment works fine. Here is my first image with the ASA equipment: 8,5 hours with a Canon 500D Details and higher resolution: http://www.distant-lights.at/m101-2013_05_09.htm I hope you enjoy it! Best regards Thomas
