Hi ,
I’ve change my computer and install the acc software my last operating system was windows 7 the new one is windows 7 pro . When i launch the software ,a microsoft .net framework exception appear in an alert windows " la conversion de la chaine "1.23 " en type "double " n’est pas valide " I can ignore it and when i try to make work the focuser i have asa control center exception in an alert windows who say " la reference d’objet n’est pas définie à une instance d’un objet " and the focuser don't work I try with the 3 different dates softwares but no one works , i try with different windows compatibility mode , and also with different version of the .net framework. What can i do ? Thank you to help me i can’t use my telescope anymore.
