rbrecher
After shooting most of the bright globulars accessible from my location at this time of year, I have started to image some of the dimmer, more sparse GCs. NGC5466 is very loose, and contains lots of blue stars. Its age is more than 13.5 billion years. There are many galaxies in the field too. Enjoy. http://astrodoc.ca/ngc5466-globular-cluster/ Clear skies,Ron
MarkS
Interesting shot, Ron. What a contrast it makes with Omega Centauri! These objects are so varied in size and structure - maybe not the most dramatic images, but not always easy to capture well. Regards, Mark
