tommy_h
Hi I'm doing astrophotography since almost 3 years with a typical beginners equipment: 5" and 10" Newton, EQ6 mount and DSLR. 2 months ago I got a DDM60 and a 10" ASA Newton with a 3" Wynne Corrector. Because of the bad weather I had only a few nights for testing until now. But the new equipment works fine. Here is my first image with the ASA equipment: 8,5 hours with a Canon 500D Details and higher resolution: http://www.distant-lights.at/m101-2013_05_09.htm I hope you enjoy it! GeorgeCarey
Very nice image, Thomas! It just shows that you don't need an expensive CCD camera to take good images. Edited June 19, 2013 by GeorgeCarey
