  22. Hello My name is Adam i bought DDM60pro. I have a problem with the balance of newton 8". When OTA pointing south (in RA axis) the balance perfectly ! When OTA pointing west or east the balancing is lost!. Similarly in the axis DEC. if the telescope is horizontally the balance is perfectly ! In another position, it is only worse. Have any of you had this problem? How to solve it? how it is possible to keep balance in every position with Newton OTA? Best regards Adam Kisielewicz
  23. Hi Atik must have a power greater than 12V! (12,5V to 13,5V) then it works fine. Check it. DDM60 pro must also work at a voltage higher than 12V. My work at 12,5V. If it worked for 11.8v badly USB HUB's pluck CONNECTIONS - "USB comunications LOST" camera, mount, focuser hang up. The USB cable also should be as short as possible and thick. Adamo
