Had you not written that it has been taken with a Canon 500D, I would belive that it has been done with a CCD The noise signal ratio is very good. tommy_h Posted August 16, 2013 Author Report Posted August 16, 2013 Thank you, Michael There was something wrong with the color calibration so I pushed the blue channel a little bit, maybe not enough. But I think it's ok, because NGC 6946 is obscured by gas and dust of our Milky Way. Best regards Thomas
