I am recently having a problem. I have added a parallel refractor to my telescope and now I have a problem with the planetarium software "Carte du Ciel". Indeed, when I connect the telescope to "Carte du Ciel" this one is well recognized. However, when I ask it to go to a star near its position I have a problem. It first goes well to the star, the window showing RA and DE motors clearly illustrates this. However, as soon as it reaches the star, a second window immediately opens and it moves only in DE direction as if it wants to make a complete turn... On the software "Carte du Ciel" I clearly see that the telescope marker is moving and is not pointing the star anymore.
Before that, I had encountered a balancing problem with the new configuration on DE motor. It could not reach the park position. I had to balance it and clear servomotor. I don't know if it can have an influence on my problem.

Good morning,
I am recently having a problem.
If you have any ideas, I'd love to hear from you.
Thanks in advance.
