    New Autoslew

Are there clues as to when the new version will be available? At the CCDAutoPilot-forum, one user asked: "I wonder if at some stage it would be feasible for you to liaise with Philipp Keller (if he is willing) to script and automate via CCDAP5 the MLPT feature in his Sequence software for an ASA mount that is controlled via ASCOM/Autoslew.....?" Answer was: "Phillip Keller/ASA seem to be going a different direction now......" which will be probably exciting!!
  2. Hello Lukas i am going to install a foster systems roll off roof controller, and i have bought one of these AtPark-Sensors: http://fostersystems.com/viewcategory.php?groupid=14 it works with polarized light and a reflector, not cheap, but should work well.
  3. Hello Erik maybe this helps: DDM 85 Wiring.pdf The cables are all straight through, also inside the mount. As Robert mentioned above, the galv-cable supports 12V 2amp and 1-48 V 5 amps, so the inside mount-cabeling has to have the same specs. CS Gerald
  4. ah, ok,.... I mounted the EL-foil for flats at park -pos 1 .... but its also possible to play around with the settings for max travel in degrees (and speed) for the homefind to directly homefind from park-pos1, but will take a lot of time, only good for full automation without monitoring via webcam..
  5. Hello, i do like Antonio, but i have set the Park2-position near the homefind-position, so moving "by hand" is not necessary, i'm starting autoslew, motors are started automatically, then clicking on park2 & goto, then do a homefind, ...ready.
  6. Hello Pavel, Collimation ist very critical on this fast newtonians, the newer 10N have massive double spidervanes at the secondary holder. i think you own one of these, and you mentioned a residual error on the catseye. so give collimation a chance....
