  1. Hi Guys.. I´m also considering a G3-16200 for my ASA N12 with the 5 positions internal filter wheel .See last conversation about an adapter for ASA 3" corrector. Finally it´s on production ?. I like Plug&play solutions .. No handskill&mechanics headaches here ; even more: this will go for a hosting/remote telescope and I want to simplify all. Moravian or ASA supplies this adapter in order to fit the camera to the Wynne?.. Regards,
  2. Great, Luke !!!! . Yes...It´s a " will affair " by ASA Team.
  3. Hi Lukas, I also discovered it into last CCDAP5 version. Unfortunately I have same questions as you. I really don´t know if / how to implement MLPT on to CCDAP5... So--i continued imaging with just Sequence.... But I would like to use again also CCDAP5. .Nothing new.. I guess.
  4. As in the old vinyl records, sometimes the side "B" had little great songs. Eclipsed by the famous SH2-155 "Cave nebula"..,there are some close targets as vdB 155 and some Herbig-Haro (168,169,174) unfrequently imaged (at least a close up approach). This is an interesting area full of diffuse nebula, relections and dust... More resolution at :http://afesan.es/Deepspace/slides/vdB%20155%2C%20HH%20168%2C169%2C174%20%28Cepheus%29.html Thanks for looking. Enjoy summer ! (winter to southern guys ) Antonio

Last image : vdB 155 and some Herbig-Haro (168,169,174) targets. Cepheus area. More info and resolution http://afesan.es/Deepspace/slides/vdB%20155%2C%20HH%20168%2C169%2C174%20%28Cepheus%29.html
  6. SH2-140 ,LDN1201 and some Herbig-Haro are into the image. More info and details: http://afesan.es/Deepspace/slides/SH2%20140%2CLDN%201201%2CHH%20251%2C252%2C253%2C254%20%28Cepheus%29.html Thanks for looking, Regards, Antonio
  7. Impressive : Nice job !

SH2-140,LDN 1201,HH 251,252,253,254 (Cepheus) * July 2016 * ASA N12 astrograph (f/3,6,1078mm) * DDM 85 ASA * FLI ML300 * Optec LRGB filter set * L: 360m R: 120m G:90m B: 120m * Unguided *The nebula is located in the south central part of the constellation, about 5 degrees north of the star ζ Cephei; It is located on the edge of a vast dark complex and can be incorporated in long-exposure photographs of amateur telescopes. Inside you will find a group of young stars of the ninth and tenth magnitude, dominated by HD 211880, a blue-white star of the main sequence of spectral class B0.5V with a 7.74 magnitude. The central region is completely invisible in optical images, but the images at near-infrared and radio waves suggests the presence of a cluster of stars very focused. The nebula is located in a strongly northern declination, so it is well visible only from the regions located north of the equator; from the southern hemisphere its visibility is limited to tropical regions. Sh2-140 is a H II region located on the southwestern edge of the dark nebula LDN 1204 in Cepheus Bubble, a distance of about 900 parsecs (2900 light years) from the Sun. The observations of all the infrared band are You were conducted mainly in order to identify any young stars in the region; as a result of these studies it was completed the first comprehensive catalog of all the young stellar objects Sh2-140, of three infrared sources IRS 1 and IRS 2 IRS 3,to which were added two more discoveries sources later. 9. BTW: I don´t guide and I never want to come back to autoguiders.. never..ever. .
  10. I also would like MLPT could be be used with other programms- That`s an old idea. I used in old days ACP, CCDautopilot...ans always requested ASA this possibility. No luck. But ¡¡¡¡....we are here once and again. . Support your idea....again..... Let`s see if a positive answer..
  11. Same as Lukas ..... I´m simply skeptical,Max. Waiting for ASA software development during months..months...months.....up-to-date.

Great image Mark !!!! . Lovely one !

Wow!,.. what a new one to me !. ....A gem,Mark.
  14. A small reflection nebula inside a dark nebula surrounded by dust.Named GN 03.47.9 and also BSF32 (Blitz,Fich,Stark catalogue) was somehow mistaken for a planetary nebula.(PK 149-1.1) The whole area is inmersed into a big reflection nebulosity and ionized HII, spreading the star lights into haloes, and the background dust muddying completely the image.. A very weak region. I had to invest a lot of hours just to show some minimal colours and details..Seeing and a high humidity along some weeks wasn´t too cooperative,so I had to discard a lot of subframes. Anyway, I hope this image encourage other astrophotographers to look far away other than topic/typical targets.. As usual: More than 110 subframes x10 minutes each one, unguided and automatically acquired with Sequence-Beta , ASA DDM85 mount and ASA N12 astrograph. More resolution at: http://afesan.es/Deepspace/slides/BSF32%20%28Perseus%29.html

  16. Very nice, Ron.. Good job !!
  17. Fornax is too south to me...unfortunately this is a reciprocal fact ... So,please, keep us sending excellent southern images , Cheers!
  18. Telescope ASA N12 and CCD FL ML8300. More technical details and all the information are provided also at the link under the image, Max.. Cheers!
  19. Lukas, I live in north of Spain...but my observatory is remote-robotic and it´s further south... .. In the area of " Extremadura"...Southwest of Spain.. Maybe I´m wrong... but could it be "e-Eye" hosting site ??... Cheers Antonio
